Gelteq specialises in the formulation, development and manufacturing of products utilising our patented, gel-based oral drug delivery system. We are dedicated to delivering products that contribute to the success of our partners, and the health of our patients.

Our Mission

Gelteq is dedicated to developing and deploying our gel-based drug delivery system, to preserve the simplicity, accessibility and efficacy of oral delivery – without the impediments traditionally associated with other oral delivery methods.

Today we continue to expand the application of our gel technology within: pharmaceutical, pet and veterinary, nutritional, and sports performance sectors.

Gelteq is always on the lookout for partnering and collaboration opportunities that will help accelerate a partner’s product innovation. We continuously develop new products in partnership with pharmaceutical, commercial, and academic institutions. We are also actively seeking opportunities to license existing formulations and market-ready products. The structures of these licenses can be tailored to meet our partners’ need and preferences.

Simon H. Szewach

Executive Chairman | Co-Founder

Board Member

As Managing Partner of The Legats Group, a Melbourne-based investment company that focuses on innovative technology and intellectual property start-ups, Simon has vast experience in leveraging competitive advantages into scalable revenue models. He has successfully launched new product trends in the finance, health, technology and sport sectors with companies such as nTouch Pty Ltd, a proximity-based marketing platform, YPB group Ltd (ASX:YPB), a brand protection company, and StartHere.com.au, an incentive-based shopping platform.

Mr. Szewach received both his Bachelor of Business in Banking & Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies (Korean) respectively from Monash University in 2003.

Nathan J. Givoni

Chief Executive Officer | Co-Founder

Board Member

Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since its inception, Nathan is a trusted health and wellness professional with over 15 years experience. In his roles as the Managing Director of Lifestyle Breakthrough Pty Ltd, a medical and allied health consulting company with locations across Australia, and the Science and Nutrition Expert at The Legats Group, Nathan accumulated the reputation and expertise required to found the Australian Metabolic Health Foundation.

Mr. Givoni received a Bachelor of Science in Physiology & Psychology in 2006, a Bachelor of Science in Physiology (First Class Honors) in 2007 and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2009 respectively from Monash University. He worked as an adjunct lecturer at Monash University from 2014 to 2017, publishing multiple papers post his undergraduate degree.

Anthony W. Panther

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Panther is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of commercial, strategic, audit and financial experience.

Tony has been CFO of several ASX publicly listed companies across Healthcare and Biotechnology, together with over 10 years in external and internal auditor roles, including roles with major and mid-tier chartered firms.

He is responsible for ongoing fiscal management, statutory reporting and compliance.

This leading institute was formed as a partnership between Monash University, the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, and the Victorian state government to create a world-class biotechnology and medical research precinct.
